World Leaders to Convene in New Delhi for India–AI Impact Summit 2026

India is preparing to host one of the most consequential global technology summits of the decade the India–AI Impact Summit 2026, scheduled from February 16–20 in New Delhi. The event signals India’s rising influence in global digital governance and its ambition to play a central role in shaping the future of Artificial Intelligence.

According to the official press release by the Ministry of External Affairs, the summit is structured around three guiding pillars:

  • People – Ensuring AI remains human-centric and inclusive

  • Planet – Leveraging AI for climate action and sustainability

  • Progress – Driving economic growth and innovation responsibly

This framework reflects India’s broader digital philosophy combining technological innovation with social responsibility.

At the invitation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, an impressive group of world leaders is scheduled to attend.
